What information do we collect?

We share ADR reports with regulatory bodies in countries with pharmacovigilence systems in place and such countries may be outside the European Union.

If we believe that your use of the site is unlawful or damaging to others, we reserve the right to disclose the information we have obtained through the site about you to the extent that it is reasonably necessary in our opinion to prevent, remedy or take action in relation to such conduct.

We do not handle financial transactions via our website. We do not offer Medical Products for sale via the website. We may on occasion make available information booklets or other materials for download.

You may add a number of downloadable items into your basket free of charge.

Just browse our site, and add any items that you wish to download into the basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the request.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the basket, contact us and we will endeavour to correct the mistake.

If we send you confirmation of your request, this is to indicate that we should have received your request, it does not mean we have received it. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We may no longer able to supply a particular download for some reason and in which case you will have no right of recourse against us whatsoever for whatever reason.

It is agreed between us that the downloads are only for general information purposes, in no way are to be construed / used as medical or prescribing advice and that delivery or time of delivery is not of the essence. Shipping And Handling
Items available to add to your basket on this site are of a downloadable nature only. You will normally be sent a link from where you can download the information. The link will only be available for a set time period after which it will expire. Once the link has expired you may have to repeat the selection process.

Delivery Schedule
Our systems will normally process your download requests and you will be sent an e-mail with details of the download link.
